POLICIES

-A credit card is required to confirm and pay for all reservations. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

-Payment is processed between 7 days and 3 months in advance depending on the season and number of room nights booked.  Please refer to your booking confirmation for your scheduled payment date.

-Contrary to industry practice  we do not overbook our rooms, ever.  When your reservation is confirmed your room is held only for you.  This protects our customers and the hotel.

-Cancellations are free if done so before your scheduled payment date, according to your booking confirmation.  For most bookings, this is 7 days before checkin. In the event of a cancellation within the 7 day period, the first night stay is non-refundable if we are unable to fill the room. 

-Date modifications after payment is processed are reviewed on a case by case basis and subject to availability.

Our standard check-in time is 3pm.  Check-out is at 11:00am. 

Our ability to accommodate requests for early check-in or late check-out is based on hotel occupancy and our staffing levels during that particular day. We try to be as accommodating as possible; however there are some days when flexibility from our standard times cannot be achieved. Please notify us of your request as soon as possible.

8pm-8am. Enjoy a late evening, just be mindful that soft voices and light steps are appreciated by other guests.

Only registered guests are permitted on the property, both outside and inside. This is a measure to protect the safety and privacy of all our guests. For extended stay guests, occasional daytime visitors may be permitted with advance notice.

We don't have a minimum age for children .  For a fee we have limited availability of cots for children that can be added to some of our rooms.

We do not accept reservations from individuals under the age of 19.

We are not licensed to sell or serve alcohol. Registered guests are free to bring and consume their own alcoholic beverages in the privacy of their guestroom.

As a wood framed heritage building there is a 100% no smoking and no fire policy anywhere on the property, inside and outside. Any person found smoking or using fire will be subject to a minimum $200 penalty fee.

Unfortunately we do not accept pets.  Registered service dogs are permitted.  A copy of registration is required in advance.
